Content Usage & License Policy

1. Overview

This Content Usage & License Policy explains how STPro assets, user-created content, and exported videos may be used.

STPro is operated by Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, India.

By using STPro, creating projects, using platform assets, uploading content, or exporting videos, you agree to this Content Usage & License Policy.

STPro is a web-based 2D animation platform that provides animation tools, characters, backgrounds, props, animations, templates, effects, and other creative assets.

This policy explains:

  • What rights users have over exported videos
  • How STPro system-provided assets may be used
  • What types of commercial use are allowed
  • What types of asset redistribution are prohibited
  • How user-uploaded content is handled

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and DMCA / Copyright Policy.

2. Ownership of STPro Platform Assets

All system-provided assets available within STPro remain the intellectual property of STPro, Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, or its licensors.

These assets may include, but are not limited to:

  • Characters
  • Character parts
  • Backgrounds
  • Props
  • Objects
  • Vehicles
  • Animations
  • Motion data
  • Templates
  • Effects
  • Visual elements
  • Thumbnails and previews
  • Skeletons, rigs, or animation structures
  • Other platform-provided creative resources

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use available STPro assets inside STPro projects and final exported videos, subject to this policy.

No ownership of STPro platform assets is transferred to users.

3. Commercial Use of Exported Videos

Users may use final videos exported from STPro for lawful personal, educational, social media, professional, client, and commercial purposes.

Allowed uses include:

  • YouTube videos
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media content
  • Client animation work
  • Advertisements and promotional videos
  • Educational videos
  • Online courses
  • Business presentations
  • Website videos
  • Monetized video content
  • Freelance and agency projects

STPro does not charge any additional royalty fee for legitimate use of exported videos.

STPro does not claim any share in your revenue, YouTube monetization, client payments, advertising earnings, or business income generated from your exported videos.

4. Free and Paid Asset Usage

STPro may provide both free and paid/pro assets.

Free assets may be used according to this policy.

Paid/pro assets may require an active subscription to access, edit, render, or export.

Once a video has been lawfully exported from STPro, the user may continue using that exported video even if their subscription later expires.

Subscription expiry does not remove the user’s right to use videos that were already exported lawfully before expiry.

However, if a project or scene contains paid/pro assets, STPro may restrict further editing, modification, rendering, or exporting of that project or scene unless the user has an active subscription.

5. User Ownership of Final Videos

Users retain ownership of their original creative contribution in final exported videos, including:

  • Original story or concept
  • Original scripts
  • Original voice recordings
  • Original uploaded assets
  • Original animation timing and editing
  • Scene arrangement and creative direction
  • Final exported video output, subject to the STPro asset license

However, STPro platform assets included inside exported videos remain licensed assets and are not transferred as standalone property.

6. User-Owned and Uploaded Content

Users retain ownership of original content they upload to STPro, such as:

  • Images
  • Audio files
  • Voice recordings
  • Logos
  • Brand materials
  • Custom assets
  • User-created characters or designs, where applicable

By uploading content to STPro, users grant STPro a limited technical license to store, process, render, display, transmit, and manage that content only as necessary to provide STPro services.

STPro does not claim ownership of user-uploaded original content.

7. Third-Party Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload, use, edit, render, and publish any third-party content used in STPro.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copyrighted images
  • Music
  • Sound effects
  • Voice recordings
  • Logos
  • Brand names
  • Trademarks
  • Client materials
  • Stock assets
  • AI-generated content from external tools

STPro is not responsible for copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal claims arising from user-uploaded or user-supplied content.

Users must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals before using third-party materials.

8. Restrictions on Asset Redistribution

Although final exported videos may be used commercially, users must not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, package, or make STPro assets available as standalone or reusable assets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling STPro characters, props, backgrounds, vehicles, templates, effects, animations, or other assets as separate files
  • Sharing STPro assets as downloadable resources
  • Packaging STPro assets into asset packs, stock libraries, animation libraries, template packs, or resale bundles
  • Exporting character-only animations for resale or redistribution
  • Exporting green screen character packs for resale or redistribution
  • Exporting transparent character animation packs for resale or redistribution
  • Exporting isolated motion clips, animation sequences, or reusable character actions as stock assets
  • Using STPro to create a competing asset library based on STPro assets
  • Scraping, extracting, downloading, copying, reverse engineering, or attempting to access STPro assets outside the normal intended use of the platform
  • Sharing or leaking platform asset files, skeletons, rigs, JSON files, atlases, textures, templates, or similar internal resources

STPro assets are licensed for use inside final video productions only. They are not licensed for resale, redistribution, extraction, or standalone asset delivery.

9. Character-Only, Green Screen, and Transparent Output Restriction

STPro is designed for creating final animation videos, stories, scenes, presentations, and creative productions.

Users must not use STPro to create standalone character packs, green screen packs, chroma key packs, transparent animation packs, or isolated character animation resources intended for resale, redistribution, or reuse outside STPro.

This restriction applies even if the output is technically exported as a video.

Examples of prohibited use include:

  • Selling a pack of STPro character walking animations
  • Selling green screen character clips made using STPro assets
  • Selling transparent animated character overlays as reusable stock assets
  • Uploading isolated STPro character animations to stock marketplaces
  • Providing STPro character-only outputs as downloadable resources for other creators
  • Using STPro assets to build a competing animation asset library

This rule protects STPro’s asset ecosystem while still allowing users to create and monetize complete final videos.

10. No Copyright Claims on Legitimate Exported Videos

STPro does not issue copyright claims or copyright strikes against users for legitimate use of exported videos created according to this policy.

Users may monetize lawful exported videos on platforms such as YouTube and social media.

However, this protection does not apply to:

  • Unauthorized redistribution of STPro assets
  • Resale of standalone asset packs
  • Misuse of character-only or green screen outputs
  • Use of third-party copyrighted content uploaded by the user without permission
  • Illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content

Violation of this policy may result in account action or legal enforcement where appropriate.

11. Subscription Expiry and Existing Exports

If a user’s subscription expires:

  • Previously exported videos remain usable
  • Users may continue publishing and monetizing videos exported lawfully before expiry
  • Access to paid/pro assets may be paused
  • Editing or rendering projects containing paid/pro assets may be restricted
  • New exports requiring paid/pro features may require an active subscription

Subscription expiry does not cancel the license for videos already lawfully exported.

However, expired users may need to renew their subscription to continue editing, rendering, or exporting projects that include paid/pro assets or subscription-only features.

12. Prohibited Uses

Users must not use STPro assets or exported content for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent or misleading content
  • Infringing third-party rights
  • Harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or unlawful material
  • Malware, scams, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Content that violates applicable laws or platform policies
  • Content designed to impersonate others unlawfully
  • Any use that damages STPro, Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, other users, or third parties

STPro may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if prohibited use is detected.

13. License Violations

Violation of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning or account notice
  • Restriction of specific features
  • Removal of infringing content
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Blocking of access to certain assets or services
  • Legal enforcement where necessary
  • Payment or subscription-related action where misuse or fraud is involved

Termination due to policy violation may result in loss of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

14. Updates to This Policy

STPro may update this Content Usage & License Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of STPro after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
