This Copyright & Complaint Policy explains how copyright complaints, infringement reports, and related content concerns are handled on STPro.
STPro is operated by Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, India.
By using STPro, you agree to this Copyright & Complaint Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Content Usage & License Policy, Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Introduction
STPro is a web-based 2D animation platform that allows users to create animation projects, upload compatible assets, and export videos.
STPro respects intellectual property rights and expects users to respect the rights of others.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content they upload, use, edit, render, publish, or distribute through STPro.
STPro does not claim ownership over user-uploaded original content or final exported videos. However, STPro may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that is reported as infringing or that violates our policies.
2. Platform Asset Ownership
All STPro system-provided assets, including characters, backgrounds, props, animations, effects, templates, rigs, skeletons, visual elements, and related platform resources, remain the intellectual property of ST Pro, Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, or its licensors.
Users may use STPro assets only according to our Content Usage & License Policy.
Unauthorized extraction, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, packaging, or standalone sharing of STPro assets is prohibited.
3. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or use in ST Pro.
This may include:
- Images
- Audio files
- Voice recordings
- Logos
- Brand materials
- Client files
- Third-party assets
- AI-generated content from external tools
- Music or sound effects
- Stock media
Users must not upload or use content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights.
STPro is not responsible for copyright violations caused by user-uploaded or user-supplied content.
4. Copyright Infringement Policy
If STPro receives a valid copyright complaint or legal notice, we may take appropriate action, including:
- Reviewing the reported content
- Requesting additional information from the complainant
- Removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing content
- Restricting access to specific projects, assets, or outputs
- Notifying the affected user where appropriate
- Suspending or terminating repeat infringer accounts
- Taking other actions required by applicable law or platform policy
STPro may use a DMCA-style notice and takedown process for copyright complaints, while also following applicable Indian laws and other relevant legal requirements.
5. How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through STPro infringes your copyright, please send a written copyright complaint to:

Your complaint should include the following information:
- Your full legal name
- Your company or organization name, if applicable
- Your contact email address
- Your phone number, if available
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of the allegedly infringing content
- The URL, project reference, screenshot, file name, user profile, or other details sufficient to help us locate the content
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your electronic or physical signature
- Incomplete complaints may take longer to process or may not be actionable.
6. Review and Action
After receiving a copyright complaint, STPro may:
- Review the complaint
- Check whether the reported content can be located
- Request clarification or additional evidence
- Temporarily restrict or disable access to the reported content
- Notify the user who uploaded or used the reported content, where appropriate
- Remove content that appears to infringe rights or violate policy
- Suspend or terminate repeat violators
STPro reserves the right to reject complaints that are incomplete, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or unsupported.
7. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or restricted due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your full legal name
- Your contact email address
- Your phone number, if available
- Identification of the content that was removed or restricted
- A statement explaining why you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you have the necessary rights, permission, license, or legal basis to use the content
- A statement that the information in your counter-notification is accurate
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India for disputes related to the complaint, where applicable
- Your electronic or physical signature

STPro may review counter-notifications and may restore content where appropriate, subject to applicable law, platform policy, and risk assessment.
8. Repeat Infringers
STPro may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly upload infringing content.
Repeat infringement may include:
- Multiple valid copyright complaints
- Repeated use of third-party copyrighted content without permission
- Repeated uploading of infringing materials
- Repeated misuse of STPro platform assets
- Attempts to bypass copyright enforcement or asset protection systems
STPro may take action at its discretion based on the severity, frequency, and nature of the violation.
9. Misuse of STPro Assets
STPro system-provided assets may not be extracted, copied, sold, redistributed, or shared as standalone assets.
The following actions are prohibited:
- Selling STPro characters, props, backgrounds, animations, templates, or effects as asset packs
- Sharing STPro files, JSON files, atlases, textures, rigs, or skeletons
- Creating green screen, transparent, or character-only asset packs for resale or redistribution
- Using STPro assets to create a competing asset library
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract platform resources
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, removal of content, or legal action where appropriate.
10. False or Misleading Claims
Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith.
False, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent copyright complaints may result in rejection of the complaint and may have legal consequences.
Users and complainants should ensure that all information submitted is accurate and that they are legally authorized to make the claim.
11. Limitation of Platform Liability
STPro is a creative software platform that enables users to create animation content.
STPro is not responsible for:
- Unauthorized uploads by users
- Infringing third-party materials uploaded by users
- Misuse of exported videos by users
- Copyright violations caused by user-supplied content
- Trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or licensing issues caused by user content
- User publication of content outside STPro
STPro will respond to valid copyright complaints and legal notices according to applicable law and platform policy.
12. Content Removal Without Notice
STPro may remove, restrict, or disable access to content without prior notice if we believe the content:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates our Terms or policies
- Creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk
- Misuses STPro platform assets
- Contains illegal, harmful, or prohibited material
- Is connected to fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
