These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of STPro, available at https://stpro.app. STPro is operated by Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, India.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any STPro service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
STPro is a web-based 2D animation platform that allows users to create, edit, render, and export animation videos using platform tools, system-provided assets, and supported user-uploaded assets.
STPro may include modules such as STPro Animator, STPro Actor, character creation tools, animation tools, rendering tools, and other creative features that may be added or updated over time.
Some features of STPro require a user account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, billing, and support communication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account access.
STPro includes free and paid features. Access to Pro features, paid assets, advanced rendering options, and subscription-only tools requires an active subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing cycle, plan benefits, and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing or checkout page before payment.
Payments for users in India are processed through Razorpay. International payments are processed separately through PayPal.

Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. STPro provides digital subscription-based services, online tools, cloud rendering access, and licensed digital assets. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Limited exceptions may apply for duplicate payments, technical payment errors, payment deducted without access activation, or where required by applicable law. STPro provides access to system-owned characters, backgrounds, props, animations, templates, effects, and other creative assets. These assets remain the intellectual property of STPro or its licensors. Users receive a limited license to use available assets inside STPro projects and exported videos, subject to these Terms and our Content License. STPro assets are licensed for use in final exported videos. They are not sold or transferred to users as standalone files. Users may use videos exported from STPro for lawful personal, educational, social media, YouTube, client, and commercial projects. STPro does not charge additional royalty fees for legitimate use of exported videos. STPro does not claim ownership over the final videos created by users, subject to compliance with these Terms and the Content License.
Users must not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, package, or make STPro assets available as standalone assets. This includes, but is not limited to: Reselling STPro characters, props, backgrounds, animations, effects, or templates as asset packs Exporting character-only animations, green screen character packs, transparent character packs, isolated animation packs, or similar outputs for resale or redistribution Using STPro to create asset libraries intended to replace or compete with STPro’s own asset ecosystem Scraping, downloading, reverse engineering, or attempting to access platform assets outside the intended use of the Platform Bypassing security, licensing, fingerprinting, subscription, rendering, or anti-abuse systems Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action where appropriate.
STPro may allow users to upload compatible assets such as images, audio, or other supported files. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and use such content. You must not upload or use content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise violates applicable law or third-party rights. STPro may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if user-uploaded content violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of your original uploaded content and your final exported videos. However, you grant STPro a limited technical license to store, process, render, transmit, display, and manage your uploaded content and projects only as necessary to provide the Platform’s services. STPro does not claim ownership over your final exported videos.
If you believe that content available through STPro infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint with the required details. For the full copyright complaint process, please refer to our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
You agree not to misuse STPro. You must not: Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Platform Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools to extract assets or abuse services Bypass subscription restrictions, rendering limits, licensing controls, or security systems Share account access with unauthorized users Upload malware, harmful code, or files designed to damage or disrupt the Platform Abuse payment systems, refund systems, support systems, storage systems, or rendering systems
STPro is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to maintain stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, payment provider issues, CDN issues, third-party service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our control.
STPro is an evolving platform. We may add, remove, modify, improve, replace, or restrict features, assets, plans, pricing, rendering systems, or technical workflows from time to time. Where practical, important updates may be communicated through the website, account dashboard, email, or other suitable channels.
All rights in the STPro Platform, including software, source code, user interface, design, branding, logos, workflows, system assets, animation systems, rendering systems, databases, and underlying technology, belong to ST Pro, Galvian Labs Private Limited, or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users except the limited right to use the Platform according to these Terms.
STPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if the user: Violates these Terms or related policies Misuses or redistributes platform assets Engages in fraudulent payment activity Attempts to bypass security or subscription controls Uploads illegal, harmful, or infringing content Abuses rendering, storage, support, or platform systems Engages in activity that may harm STPro, other users, or third parties Termination due to policy violation may result in loss of access without refund, subject to applicable law.
STPro may use third-party services for payments, hosting, cloud storage, CDN delivery, authentication, email, analytics, rendering infrastructure, or other technical operations. We are not responsible for failures, delays, interruptions, or policy changes caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STPro and Galvian Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform, your uploaded content, or your exported videos. You are responsible for reviewing your projects and final outputs before publishing, selling, or distributing them.
STPro is a creative software platform. Any templates, tools, examples, generated outputs, or suggestions available on the Platform are provided for creative use only. Users are responsible for ensuring that their final content complies with applicable copyright, advertising, platform, client, and legal requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
