Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be provided for STPro subscriptions and digital services.

STPro is operated by Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, India.

By purchasing a subscription or using any paid service on STPro, you agree to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions, Subscription & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Content Usage & License Policy, and DMCA / Copyright Policy.

1. Overview

STPro is a digital subscription-based 2D animation platform.

Our services may include access to online animation tools, cloud rendering, system-provided assets, project editing tools, export features, and other digital features.

Because STPro provides digital access immediately after successful payment, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.

2. General No-Refund Rule

All STPro subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable once the subscription has been activated or access has been provided.

This includes:

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Yearly subscription payments
  • Subscription renewals
  • Payments for digital access
  • Payments for Pro features or subscription-only tools
  • Payments for cloud-based digital services

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not normally be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Non-usage of the service
  • Partial usage of the billing period
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction after using the platform
  • User’s device or browser not meeting requirements
  • Internet connectivity issues from the user’s side
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
  • Subscription period already started
  • Subscription renewal already processed
  • User account restricted or terminated due to violation of STPro policies
  • User-uploaded content causing copyright, technical, or compatibility issues

4. Eligible Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reviewed only in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a technical or system error
  • Payment deducted but subscription access not activated
  • Payment successful but service not delivered due to a verified technical issue from STPro’s side
  • Refund required under applicable law

Refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

5. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review, except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical/payment issue requires investigation.

6. Subscription Renewals

STPro subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current or already renewed billing period.

7. Access After Refund

If a refund is approved and processed, STPro may immediately revoke, pause, or adjust the related subscription access.

Any projects, scenes, or features that require an active subscription may become restricted after refund processing.

Previously exported videos created lawfully before refund approval may remain subject to our Content Usage & License Policy, unless the refund was related to fraud, abuse, chargeback, policy violation, or unauthorized use.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user raises a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction claim through their bank, card provider, Razorpay, PayPal, or any payment provider, STPro may temporarily restrict the related account or subscription while the issue is investigated.

Fraudulent disputes, abusive chargebacks, or repeated payment misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, please contact us at support@stpro.app with the following details:

  • Registered STPro email address
  • Transaction date
  • Payment provider used, such as Razorpay or PayPal
  • Transaction ID, payment ID, or subscription ID if available
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots or supporting details, if applicable

Incomplete requests may take longer to review.

10. Refund Review Process

After receiving a refund request, STPro will review the request based on:

  • Payment records
  • Subscription activation status
  • Platform access logs
  • Technical issue reports, if any
  • Duplicate payment records, if any
  • Applicable policy terms

We may contact the user for additional information if required.

11. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through the payment provider used for the transaction.

For India payments processed through Razorpay, normal refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, card, UPI, wallet, or payment method involved.

For international payments processed separately through PayPal, refund timelines may vary depending on the PayPal account, card issuer, bank, and payment method.

After STPro approves and initiates a refund, the actual time for the amount to reflect in the user’s account is controlled by the payment provider, bank, card network, wallet, UPI provider, or PayPal system.

12. Partial Refunds

STPro does not generally provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

In exceptional cases, STPro may approve a partial refund at its sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

13. Plan Changes and Pricing Updates

Price changes, plan changes, or future promotional changes do not qualify past payments for a refund.

A user is charged according to the price and plan shown at the time of checkout or renewal.

14. No Refund for Policy Violations

Refunds will not be provided where access is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Misuse of STPro assets
  • Unauthorized asset redistribution
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Account sharing abuse
  • Attempted bypass of subscription or security systems
  • Illegal, harmful, or infringing use of the platform
  • Abuse of rendering, storage, or platform systems

15. Updates to This Refund Policy

STPro may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of STPro after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
