No. STPro is a subscription-based digital service. Paid features remain available while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to paid features may pause at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. You can request cancellation anytime by contacting support at support@stpro.app. Cancellation requests should be sent before the next billing date to avoid renewal. Once cancellation is processed, future renewals stop, and your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

STPro is a digital subscription service, so payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Limited exceptions may be reviewed for duplicate payments, technical payment errors, or cases where payment was deducted but subscription access was not activated. Please cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

If your subscription expires, access to paid features and Pro assets may be paused. Projects containing Pro assets may become restricted for editing, rendering, or exporting until you renew. Your projects remain saved, and videos already exported lawfully before expiry remain usable under our Content Usage & License Policy.

Yes. STPro Actor is planned to be included in the STPro ecosystem and will be accessible to active subscribers once released. Availability, features, and access rules may be updated as the platform evolves.

STPro is a digital web-based service. No physical product is shipped. After successful payment, subscription access is activated digitally through your STPro account.

For users in India, payments are processed through Razorpay. International payments are processed separately through PayPal.

No. Your saved projects are not deleted only because your subscription expires. However, projects containing Pro assets or paid features may become restricted for editing, rendering, or exporting until you renew your subscription.

Yes. Paid users with an active STPro subscription can manually upload compatible characters created in the Saral Toons mobile app into STPro Animator. Imported characters can be used with supported editing and animation tools, depending on the character format, structure, and compatibility requirements. If the subscription expires, access to imported mobile characters may be paused, and new mobile character uploads will not be available until the subscription is renewed.

No. STPro is not available on mobile phones. The platform is designed for desktop, laptop, iPad, and tablet browsers where a larger screen is available for professional animation work. Mobile phone access is not supported.

Yes. Videos lawfully exported from STPro can be used for personal, social media, YouTube, client, educational, and commercial projects. This applies to both free users using free assets and paid users using Pro assets according to their active access. However, STPro assets must not be exported, extracted, resold, or redistributed as standalone animation assets, such as character packs, green screen character packs, transparent character animations, or reusable stock assets.

No. STPro assets are licensed for use inside animation projects and final exported videos only. Downloading, extracting, reselling, or redistributing characters, animations, backgrounds, props, or other assets as standalone files is not allowed.
