Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains how STPro subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, expiry, and access rules work.
STPro is operated by Galvian Labs Pvt Ltd, India.
By purchasing or using a subscription on STPro, you agree to this Subscription & Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Content Usage & License Policy, and DMCA / Copyright Policy.
1. Subscription Model
STPro operates on a subscription-based model.
STPro may provide free features and paid subscription features. Access to Pro features, paid/pro assets, advanced rendering options, priority rendering, and subscription-only tools requires an active paid subscription.
Subscription plans, prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing or checkout page before payment.
2. Billing & Payment Processing
Payments for users in India are processed through Razorpay.
International payments are processed separately through PayPal.
STPro does not store sensitive payment details such as:
- Card numbers
- CVV
- Bank account details
- UPI PIN
- Net banking passwords
- Payment credentials
We may store limited billing and subscription-related information such as transaction ID, subscription ID, payment status, plan type, billing cycle, subscription start date, subscription end date, cancellation status, and payment provider name for account access, support, tax, security, and compliance purposes.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge you according to the selected plan and billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled.
The renewal amount, billing cycle, and payment provider may depend on the plan selected at checkout.
4. Cancellation
Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Depending on the payment method and provider, cancellation may be available through:
- Your STPro account or billing section, where available
- The relevant payment provider’s subscription, mandate, or recurring payment settings
- PayPal subscription settings for international PayPal subscriptions
- Your bank, card, UPI, or payment mandate settings, where applicable
- STPro support at support@stpro.app
Cancellation requests sent to support should be made well before the renewal date. Support requests may require verification and processing time, so STPro cannot guarantee cancellation before the next billing date if the request is made too close to renewal.
5. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, your paid access will usually remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
After the subscription period ends:
- Pro features may be paused
- Paid/pro assets may become inaccessible for editing or new use
- Advanced export or rendering options may be restricted
- Priority rendering may be paused
- Subscription-only tools may be locked
You may renew your subscription at any time to restore paid access, subject to the plans available at that time.
6. Subscription Expiry
If your subscription expires, STPro may restrict access to paid/pro features and subscription-only services.
Free features, if available, may continue according to the current platform rules.
If a project or scene contains paid/pro assets, editing, modification, rendering, or exporting of that project or scene may be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
Previously exported videos remain usable according to our Content Usage & License Policy.
Subscription expiry does not remove your right to use videos that were lawfully exported before expiry.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription access may be paused, restricted, or marked as expired.
Access may be restored after successful payment, depending on the payment provider, plan status, and platform rules.
STPro is not responsible for failed payments caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, bank restrictions, UPI mandate failure, payment provider issues, PayPal issues, incorrect billing details, or other payment-related problems outside our control.
8. No Credit System
STPro subscriptions are designed to provide subscription-based access.
Paid subscribers do not need to purchase credits for normal subscription-included access unless a separate special service, add-on, or future product is clearly shown with separate pricing.
Subscription benefits are based on the active plan shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
9. Plan Features and Access Levels
STPro may offer different plan levels, billing cycles, or feature sets.
Plan benefits may include access to Pro assets, rendering options, priority queue, storage-related features, export quality options, or other tools.
The exact benefits of each plan will be displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, or account dashboard.
Some features may be limited to specific plans or subscription tiers.
10. Changes to Pricing or Plans
STPro may update subscription pricing, plan names, plan benefits, billing cycles, or available features from time to time.
Changes will not normally affect the already paid current billing period.
Updated pricing or plan changes may apply to future purchases, renewals, upgrades, or re-subscriptions.
Where practical, important subscription-related changes may be communicated through the website, account dashboard, email, or other suitable channels.
11. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, due to the digital and subscription-based nature of STPro.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Limited refund exceptions may apply for duplicate payments, technical payment errors, payment deducted without subscription activation, or cases required by applicable law.

12. Account Misuse and Subscription Abuse
STPro subscriptions are intended for the registered account holder’s permitted use according to our Terms & Conditions.
STPro may restrict, suspend, or terminate subscription access if we detect:
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Unauthorized account sharing
- Attempted bypass of subscription controls
- Misuse of platform assets
- Abuse of rendering, storage, or platform systems
- Violation of Terms, Content License, or other policies
Termination due to policy violation may result in loss of access without refund, subject to applicable law.
13. Previously Exported Videos
Videos lawfully exported during a valid access period may continue to be used even after cancellation or subscription expiry, subject to our Content Usage & License Policy.
Users may continue using such exported videos for lawful personal, social media, YouTube, client, educational, and commercial purposes.
However, users may need an active subscription to edit, render, or export projects containing paid/pro assets after expiry.
14. Support for Billing Issues
If you face a billing issue, failed payment, duplicate charge, subscription activation issue, or cancellation-related concern, please contact us with relevant details such as your registered email address, payment date, payment provider, and transaction reference if available.

15. Updates to This Policy

The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of STPro after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
